Not satisfied, or hit a real problem? Say so, or press Connect me to a real person. Your chat joins the queue; an ilmora team member takes over the same thread — you'll see them join live, with your whole conversation already in front of them. Keep typing while you wait; nothing is lost.
Give feedback in the same drawer: tell us it's a bug, an idea, or praise; rate the screen you're on; write what you expected vs what you got. It lands directly with the ilmora team, is triaged (new → reviewed → planned → done), and genuinely shapes what gets built next.
