Reports groups everything by module — you only see reports your role may run. Every module screen also carries a Reports chip that jumps to its category.
Set the filters and press Run. Sort any column, then export CSV or a branded PDF, or print. Money is always exact; percentages are computed server-side.
Rows that represent a student or staff member are clickable — a defaulter row opens that student's 360, a payroll row opens the staff profile.
Save / schedule on any report: save the current filters as a one-click preset, or schedule it as an email (daily / weekly / monthly, CSV or PDF, extra recipients allowed). Your saved items live in the Saved tab; "Send now" tests a schedule instantly.
Multi-campus owners get Compare campuses on every report — the same report per campus, side-by-side, with an all-campuses total.
Every generation — screen, export, scheduled email, AI — is logged with who, what filters, how many rows, and how long it took (Activity log tab, admin-only).
